Use with Carrier Oil
You will need to use a carrier oil before applying essential oils to your skin. We recommend a 2% dilution for daily use which is 12 drops of essential oil to 1 fl oz of carrier oil.
 
Recommended Carrier Oils: Almond, Apricot, Castor, Olive, Jojoba, Rice Bran, or Sunflower.
