Instructions
Bath: Add 4 to 6 Tablespoons (more if desired) of powder to warm bath and soak for 10 minutes.   You can add a drop or two of lavender essential oil to the bath to help with relaxation.
Poultice: Can also be used as a poultice by combining a small amount of powder with warm water in a bowl and apply directly to irritated skin.  Let dry.
