Reminds me of Starry Night.  Contains lavender and patchouli essential oils and contains oatmeal to soothe and moisturize the skin.  
 
Ingredients:  water, coconut oil, olive oil, sodium hydroxide, shea butter, palm oil, castor oil, , oatmeal, essential oil (lavender + patchouli), titanium dioxide, activated charcoal, mica,  dried flower petals, dried chamomile buds.
